Online Overview

To make it fast and convenient for our members to access account information and connect with member services, Mount Moriah has implemented online features of our church management system. This makes an array of information and features available to church staff and to members. These features make interaction, support and updates easier than ever.

• If you are a member or contributor in our system already, it's a simple process to activate an online login that will connect to your existing member information. Use the link at the top of this page or in the main menu to go to the member login page.

• Enter your name and email address we have on record to activate a login

• The system will match the name and email to your member record and then send an email to you containing your password.

• If you don't have an email address on file or otherwise no match is found, your login request will be reviewed by staff and your login or follow-up message sent to you after staff reviews it.

Once you have registered and log in, the member home page makes it very easy and user friendly to access.  Screenshot previews for getting started are provided in the online overview above.

3. Choose "profile" to access all your member profile data

4. Edit and add all your relevant information and save it

5. From the "home" menu, also next go to "preferences"

Yes, your giving history is immediately accessible from the member home page when you login.  Please Note: Mount Moriah is establishing a schedule for synchronizing online and offline contributions, so that the online history will include complete giving information. Ensure that your email address is correct, so that you can receive notifications when contribution statements are updated as well as other special updates.

Members can make contributions and setup recurring giving very easily.  As noted in the last slide of the overview, there are additional items you'll note on the member menu such as groups and calendar.

• Groups - Mount Moriah staff is in the process of setting up all members and groups to support our new vision and ministries.  Tribes, ministries and other groups will be established in the system shortly. Group leaders, members and staff will be able to communicate with each other via the groups info and links also. Again be sure to update your email and member information so we can notify you.

• Calendar - MMBC classes, ministry activities and special events will be implemented in the online calendar in the future.  For example, events for your Tribe and any ministries you are involved in would appear in your personal calendar shown at login. There would also be MMBC level (global) events and other calendar views available. Members will be able to quickly register for events, classes and activities through our member services site also.
